Refund Policy

There are no refunds on tickets except as required by the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases DO NOT qualify for a refund.

** CHANGE IN SUPPORT ACT OR FESTIVAL ACTS**
An LPA Member is not required to provide a refund or exchange where a support act is replaced or if the acts appearing at a festival change.
